  just left 8/18. 9.45 am was threatened by some psycho behind the counter. wont give me his name. threatened all kinda violence. that place is dangerous. beware i filed a police report with Lauderhill pd.

  I was having the worst day , my car keep stopping on the road and having a hard time starting. Upon arriving to the store i was treated with the best customer service by Ms. kwanza she was very knowledgeable super friendly and patient . She recommended seafoam treatment and my car has been working extremely better since that time . The store was very clean and anytime I need something for my car again I will definitely be returning to this particular store because of Ms. kwanza 's outstanding service.

  UNFORTUNATELY I stopped by this location on Oak Pk n between 31st Ave/21. I purchased my battery from the location off of 9th ave/POWERLINE rd. But my Battery stopped working Car wouldn't start i got a jump using a tool we purchased from Harbor Freights Great Tool Store ( Associates ther DON'T HATE THER JOBS lik Advanced on Oak Pk on this pass Sun. )There's was a heavy set female at the 1st register( She stated she normally Doesn't work at that Store /Thank GOD and a very thin man came from the back Nonchalantly She told him I was waiting I was Nex n line but he could Careless he waited on a gentleman who Cam N After me and then ( 📷 Camera Don't lie ) NONCHALANTLY cam out to do his job...I was there maybe 5 or 6 months ago and the Staff that day was NIGHT AND DAY Different than the 2 that wor on Sun. July 19,2026...u would think since sooo many places R down sizing and Closing down the Attitudes would b better ( NOT thes 2 THEY both could Careless) I normally Tip when I receive Great Sev. NOT THAT DAY

They took the time to listen to my issue, explained everything clearly, and made sure I got the right parts for my car. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Kwanza went above and beyond to make the process easy and stress-free, and I truly appreciated their patience, knowledge, and positive attitude.
