    I went here yesterday and while I still got food. I was pretty much grossed out and ended up not even eating my sub. I’m not sure who closed the night before but it was when they just opened and nothing was stocked. . Lettuce was literally brown. Peppers were brown and slimy . The woman making my food had a long gray pony tail literally hanging just an inch above my sandwich she was making. . She was kind but still. That’s not a good hairstyle for the job. The floors were so dirty and sticky. Everything was just gross. Def not a hard issue to fix. Seemed to me the people who closed night before did nothing they were supposed to. Pure laziness. If you don’t wanna work don’t work. Cause leaving a sandwich shop like that for the next day is disgusting.

    Went in last night for the second time this month and they where outta tuna and the guy behind the counter didnt wanna make any he'd rather turn away costumers. Do better taking 5 minutes to prep something will be better in the long run than losing sales cause your lazy.

    Just walked in 5 mins ago, tall blond lady took 20 mins to make 2 subs ahead of us. When it came to our turn, an online order began to print out. She told us she had to run those orders first. All 5 of them! Even though we arrived prior. We could wait another 39 minutes so we just left.

    Workers are super nice however it is not ok that they only have one employee working thru a rush! I ordered my food via app before I left the house, went grocery shopping then came to pick up - order said it would be done by 7 and my order is just now being completed at 8pm…. I allowed him to take care of the seven customers waiting in line. Went back into Publix just for the hell of it. The poor guy working I feel so bad for him. Stop treating your employees this way it is unacceptable and I’m pretty sure most people are not being that nice to him!!! Do better And I know you can afford to hire more employees, especially when the subs are no longer five dollars!!!
