  I stopped to mail a package and there was a lady outside in a uniform chatting to an unemployment, and there were four people behind the desk doing absolutely nothing inside. I commented oh it looks like you guys are gearing up for the business next-door to open and they said why and I said because it seems like a lot of staffing — because of all the people standing around doing nothing for people total — and the person outside doing nothing — and one person says yes, and one person says no. Think the person needed to tell me no because here I am writing a Google review about it. First of all yes you guys are overstaffed. Second of all the customers always right. Why would you say no and argue with me just to be difficult?
