  I had to send a package to NJ and I was in and out of there in less than 5 min. I was helped by Rodney who did a fantastic job of hooking me up with a package to send my goods and scheduling the delivery. Great service and great experience! Now that’s quality! Thank you.

  Go to UPS and don’t waste your time here. I was served by Sonia who made life very difficult and seemingly had no common sense. I get home and have a call from FedEx that they didn’t charge me for the box so I had to drive all the way back to pay for it. She had to check everything with the manager even though I have been going to this store frequently to post packages. Left frustrated and wishing I just went to UPS across the road.

  Went to pick up a pre-paid print order and the guy behind the desk would not hand me the box! Instead - he rudely told me to wait in line that was easily 10 people deep. Unacceptable.

  Reggie and Javari the most helpful people I ever worked with and super patient with my late coming self. Thanks fellas for always being kind, helpful and looking out. I am old school and trying to be more accepting of help and this location has and always does their best to keep things flowing efficiently and they will customize their help and work flow to ensure proper service and resolutions. I used to go to other branches namely in west palm and delray but since moving up here this is THE only branch to go to .
