  I had a wonderful experience with FedEx, especially thanks to Marsha. She provided excellent customer service and was professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. Marsha went above and beyond to make sure my needs were taken care of and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Her positive attitude and great customer service skills truly stood out.   I expected nothing and was still disappointed. Inept staff. 30 minutes waiting for them to print a passport photo, then they came out and said "I wasn't able to do it, go to Walgreens". Wow.

  I Love Coming here to this Fed Ex location. Excellent Customer Service. All the Employees try to Deliver great customer service.

  Every time I go in they tell me my package is not packed properly, so they have to repackage it for me, at a price of course. Never have this problem at UPS or USPS. This time, she literally said to me, we're a pack and ship center so we can only accept it if we pack it for you. Bear in mind, I was returning a package exactly as I received it, delivered by FedEx. Went to the local FedEx distribution center, they scanned it and accepted it without blinking. What a scam!

  I had an excellent experience with Omar and Gedelich. They were incredibly professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process.
