I visit this FedEx frequently, it’s usually busy but the line moves pretty quickly. Leina’s customer service is immaculate, she is always nice and it doesn’t ever take her long to ship out my items. Omar, the assistant manager is very pleasant as well and always greets everyone as they come in! For guaranteed satisfaction and fast, but accurate service definitely work with them.

I had a wonderful experience with FedEx, especially thanks to Marsha. She provided excellent customer service and was professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. Marsha went above and beyond to make sure my needs were taken care of and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Her positive attitude and great customer service skills truly stood out. FedEx is lucky to have such a dedicated employee. Thank you, Marsha, for your outstanding service!
