  First time in my life I walked out of a hotel room. Wet sheets, mildew room, smelled damp and was, window opened up to the back of a restaurant dumpster. Hallway spelled like urine and marijuana. 5 stars for the front desk staff (09/18/26), she was very kind and accommodating. Immediately left and was refunded.

  NOT A SAFE AREA - CRIME ACTIVITY Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The customer service was very poor, and the staff was not pleasant or welcoming. The hotel itself did not feel clean or well-maintained, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the property. I also did not feel safe in the area, as there was a lot of police activity throughout the surrounding neighborhood. The room was also dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor, which made it very uncomfortable to stay there. Cleanliness, good customer service, and a safe environment should be basic expectations at any hotel, and unfortunately, this hotel did not meet any of them. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

  This hotel is an excellent choice for travelers seeking a central location in Miami. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Ailyn, who always greets guests with a smile and offers assistance whenever needed. I highly recommend staying here whenever I visit Miami.
