  Isaac was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. Did a diagnostic test found out my alternator was the issue and not the battery. Checked the price of part that I needed and even provided recommendations to mechanics nearby. Never had a bad experience at this location. Would recommend. 😊

  Great auto parts store! You can find anything you need for your car no matter which brand it is. They have everything in stock.. personnel is very friendly, helpful and attentive. They will go out of the way to make sure you found what you looking for.. Great hospitality service I give them five star for friendliness and being helpful. I usually buy oil with filter package and you can get great discount . I also additive for fuel, chemicals, and equipment for car care, windshield fluid, car battery and basically anything you might think of your car would need. You name it they got it.! advanced auto parts is my favorite car care store and one stop shop for your vehicle. They never disappointed me even once.

  I went to advance auto parts to purchase a battery and yhaqueline was so helpful with the process and even did my installation which didn't take long. The store looks very nice and organized and her customer service on top gave me an overall good experience.

  Yhaqueline provided me with fast and helpful service during my visit to Advance Auto Parts. She quickly understood what I needed, guided me to the right products, and answered my questions with clarity. Even though the store was busy, she stayed efficient and attentive, making sure I was taken care of without any delays. Her friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. i will come back!!!!

  I tried returning a car battery one day after it was purchased and I was denied an exchange or refund . The battery did not fit my car was the reason for the refund request or at least an exchange of a battery . I was told by Yhaqueline that I could not get a refund for a 300.00 battery for no real reason. Never buy anything from this store or any advance store ever.
