  I placed an order on the Wingstop app for delivery and when I received my order I was missing my drink. I contacted the driver and he said they didn’t give him a drink, common sense would to be for the driver to check the order to make sure he received everything. So I called the restaurant and a young lady picked up I told her I placed an order through the app and I didn’t get my drink she told me I can come back to the store and get the drink , I told her I didn’t have time to come to the store because I order online because I just came from a graduation she then told me to hold on and never came back to the phone so I hung up. I then called DoorDash and they told me since I placed the order though the app I have to call the restaurant for the refund so I called back. Another younglady picked up and said for me to call DoorDash since I placed the order on the app I then informed her that I already did that and they told me to call you guys for my refund she told me “okay hold on ima get my manger”. She came back to the phone and said “my manger will issue the refund for the drink” I haven’t received a email saying the drink was refund I just got a email from a free fry for the survey I spunt 49$ on this order

  The wings were amazing and the place was really clean, greeted me with a warm welcome and helped me really fast.

  Ordered food today and at 8:30 and food was so bad! Wings had a terrible taste like they weren’t cleaned right. Food is usually good but I have to leave a bad review because the past 2 times whoever has been making it isn’t making it the same and it tastes bad!!! Wings taste like they aren’t cleaned properly and are not fried right. Mojo flavor has been good in the past that’s why I ordered but something has been off. Wings taste like 5 days old

  Thank you, demetria and Curtis for the hospitality/ excellent service from the moment we walked in. The food was 10/10
