  Bri deserves an absolute raise. She single-handedly handled four complicated customer service services and also helped me with my big order within the last 10 minutes of the store closing. She is amazing and UPS would be at a severe loss If she were not employed. I am very, very satisfied with my service and I will always choose this UPS for anything that I need to do because I really feel like I’m truly cared for here at this store for all of Mayling needs. I’ve been a customer to this exact location for the past 7 years and I will continue. she does everything with a big smile ❤️❤️ May God bless her 🙏🏽

  Terrible customer service. Came here on June 6th 2026 to ship a package (I brought the box, label and everything else). There is a young African American young woman who is extremely rude and not helpful at all. Didn’t want to provide her name. The other employee, a men, wasn’t as rude but not nice or helpful either. UPS should vet employees and make sure they know what it means to work in customer service!!

  Es uno de los mejores ups,sus trabajadores son cordiales ,rápidos en su labor,las veces que e ido a retornar un paquete o a mandarlo ellos son cuidadosos con el paquete mas te ayudan a empaquetarlo si aun no lo has hecho,la última vez que estuve allí fui a devolver un paquete el cual era grande y pesado ,no pude envolverlo bien y unos de los muchachos se brindo a ayudarme con la envoltura,son amables ,las veces que e ido me e ido con buena experiencia del lugar ,además de que es poco concurrido, siempre hay parqueo ,se merece 5 estrellas
