  Had a great experience thanks to Val. She was incredibly professional and kind, and gave me many useful details about buying a mail box there. She's the best!

  Convenient location near Publix with lots of parking, but the main drawback is the manager, who is unfriendly and rude to customers. The rest of the staff, though, are helpful, kind, and provide good service, which is why I’m giving 4 out of 5

  amazing store and workers. I always come back to the same store just because the way they treat us. So nicely and humble. Hopefully they’ll keep up working the way they have! Thank you!

  Bri is extremely disrespectful, I have been coming to this ups for 5 years, the guys are always so nice, it was 3:59 and I had my packages ready with the labels and she wouldn’t let me in, even the customers stopped by to grab me and say they were sorry for me that she was so rude, so disappointing. Never has any sort of store treated me this badly before Edit: it was not 4:02 PM when I arrived, it was 4:02 pm when the door finally opened after standing outside for several minutes, but thank you very much
