I recently visited Subway and had placed an online order. When I arrived, my order was not ready, which was frustrating at first. However, Ashley completely turned the experience around.
Despite dealing with several upset customers, Ashley remained professional, friendly, and kept a smile on her face the entire time. She was very apologetic about the delay and quickly prepared my sub while making sure I was taken care of. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out.
The reason I’m giving such a high rating is because of Ashley. Employees like her make a huge difference in the customer experience. That being said, it seemed like she was handling far too much on her own. I strongly believe this location would benefit from having more than one employee working during busy times.

La MUJER QUE ME ATENDIÓ EL DOMINGO 15 a la 1:00 PM. tiene una actitud muy desagradable con los clientes. Mala respuestas, mala cara, no quiso darme pan del que le pedí , ni salsa de la que le pedí. Tenia un trato MUY despota como si estuviese obligada a estar allí o si me estuviese haciendo un favor, estuve a punto de irme y ojalá me hubiese ido porque el sándwich quedó terrible, patético, no me lo pude terminar de comer. Y de paso me cayó mal. JAMÁS EN MI VIDA VOLVERÉ A ESTE LUGAR ( vivo a dos calles y prefiero ir a otro SUBWAY)
Esa mujer no debe estar atendiendo público.

They cancelled my order without warning and it's impossible to get a hold of the restaurant or a manager after giving them chance and chance because it's the one of the few things I can order around the area. phone is disconnected. makes me talk to ai. Worst customer service out of all national chains
