Do not ship out of this location. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a FedEx. Man saw me walk in with a package, I said I needed him to print a label from a corporate account, and I needed some tape. He handed me the roll of tape and walked away and went to the back. It took me 60 seconds to tape my package. I stood there like a neglected fool for over 10 mins. Another FedEx worker entered the front door and went to the back. I stood and waited. Two other customers waited in line behind me. Eventually I hollered “Excuse me” and a third employee emerged and printed my label with a bad attitude. Three employees in the back, not servicing customers in the front. Negligent and ridiculous.

Staff is rude and the drivers cant deliver a single package on time. Driver noted that they “attempted” a delivery and the photo they took was just ablank picture. Nobody even came to the location- driver by the name annalyse faked it. I had to go there in person to get my package. The “2day delivery” service ended up being a 4day ordeal with support and “tickets”. Almost 6 day ordeal but i had to get there in person to get it

Terrible service and drivers. The location needs help or should be investigated. Don’t hold up to the standards of FedEx. Truly terrible
