  Marcus was a great help at this location, awesome customer service with shipping my documents to Dominican Republic. Very patient with me and detailed oriented and thorough when it came to the shipping address and name of the receiver. Thanks man !

  Paid for overnight shipping and this office lost my package for 3 days then finally delivered 6 days later. FedEx was a maze over the phone to be reimbursed and took 6 months. Absolutely a mess

  Horrible customer experience. Not worth coming to this location. Asked to use a roll of tape to tape on shipping label, was to told to wait in line or buy tape. Basically, wasn’t permitted to use tape that then store workers could have easily given me access too, instead was told to either buy tape or wait in line for them to tape a shipping label to the box. Note the line was long. Terrible customer service
