  Jessuyuh or whatever that name was, the young man and woman working 9/12/26 at 7:25 pm are very rude and unprofessional. They burnt the snot out of two nachos plates, the girl was uncertain about the time to use on the toaster, and he was very confident in his selection. They came out looking awful, you can review back on the camera. The customers standing next to me also saw and commented. I asked if maybe there's any chance I could have them remade ? They both refused and said this is how they look, even though I was there two days prior and they weren't burnt like that. They and the other customers next to me could see I visually unpleased with it, and she just moves it down to the register and charges the $11. No thanks. I frequent this location a lot too, ive never seen these faces, so hopefully management can educate them a little on customer service.

  This place is horrible! I just walked in the employees have horrible attitude and demeanor. Then place had no meats at all due to some issue, which I understand things happen. But what they did have they couldn’t even explain to me, and were basically trying to push me out of the place. This subway always had terrible employees, every single time I walk In there’s a new employee, again finding staff is hard but holy smokes are these candidates rude and unwelcoming. I’ll never walk in to eat in this spot again.

  This subway is a hit or miss. Tonight was a miss. Very rude staff member. Luckily she had a helper who was very friendly. I never have bad food but it absolutely is not consistent service.
