Just ordered a sandwich and she didnt put the amount of roast beef with the sandwich . Attached it what a sandwich is supposed to look like . You see all the meat. Yummy yummy . second photo is the shit i got. Either the person doesnt know how to cut roast beef or she didnt give the correct portion on the sub . Please do some training on how to make a sandwich and if they dont want to make a proper sandwich . fire them .
No body was there, was after rush hour, great people working.
Me and my husband went to subway with our stomachs touching our backs ready to sit down and enjoy a meal from the same subway we have been going to for years, and Boy were we disappointed!!! The young woman working behind the counter were pleasant enough to be friendly but when it comes to complete customer service, they were upsettingly inexperienced. When someone has to ask you multiple times to add more toppings and you still end up with a sandwich big enough for a toddler to tackle you could say you would have been disappointed as well. I'm not saying they weren't friendly but they were for sure treating our order like the school lunch line and shaking the spoons before laying down any toppings into our sandwiches. The taste of everything was bland and was completely different from our prior visits. I've never been more disappointed at satisfying my hunger in my entire life. What a Terrible experience, I guess that's what happens when you use a mail order coupon to purchase food with at your supposed favorite fast food spot.... Total waste of money and very unsatisfied with the whole experience, NEVER GOING BACK THERE!

Bathrooms “not working” I get its a rough neighborhood but bathrooms should be open to customers.
I come to this place all time. I normally place an order online and pick up. The last 4 times I have ordered my sub has been wrong. The first 2 time I let it go cause it was just one or two things missing and I really didn’t wanna deal with the hassle considering I had already left the location. I didn’t catch on until the 3rd and 4th time when I had ordered. I placed an online order yesterday and went to pick them up. My sub had been completely wrong yet again except this time literally everything was missing from the cucumbers to the banana peppers to the pickles to the sauce. I had called the store to complain and told them this was the 4th time this had happened not to mention it has been the same girl the works there make my sub every single time. Either I have seriously bad luck or this completely random lady has a problem against me or something. The lady told me all she can do is look out for my name next time I place an order. Completely disrespectful and will never go back here ever again very disappointed considering how much I used to go here. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE IF YOU PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER!!!!!!
