  Cloe the new girl is absolutely horrible customer service talks back. asked to simply let me know prior to making my online order. Then proceeded to make my sub without notifying me and telling me “well you ordered it online” even though I was in store and personally asked her let me know.. absolutely horrible customer service. Poor guy before me tried asking for basic directions to another store and she completely blew him off and then when he walked out of the store started rambling about the poor old man asking for directions. Highly wouldn’t recommend. Olivia was wonderful.

  I ordered a toasted BMT with 50% more protein and got neither. Thanks for stealing my money. I got scammed by Subway AND the wrong type of cheese!

  First off I waited very patiently for my online order. I was told my sandwich would be made next then. They prioritize everybody else's order in front of the online order. And made 7 more sandwiches and kept telling me my sandwich would be next. The manager got very rude with me. She deserves to be fired. She should not be talking to customers that way or closed the store or don't take online orders.If you can't make em or ovit overloads your four person staff, i've seen subways.Would one person knock out sandwiches?And not complain. Here's a nine idea.Don't lie to people, especially if they're being patient
