Be nice! Walked in with my Amazon return. Printed the return label for an easy transaction. The gal working the front of the house, awesome. The gentleman in the back, geez, be nice. Sorry I did not see your kiosk in the corner.
After some of the negative reviews I was nervous about showing up with my 12 Amazon returns of various sizes. But I needn't have worried! The store is well organized, has the self-return kiosk, and when I needed assistance the staff were very kind and competent.
I have since been back a few times, and my experience has been consistently good. The folks working there are efficient and if there is a small line it moves very quickly.
Even more importantly, they have been nice and polite not only to me, but to everyone else during my visits. A few times they had to explain to elderly people that they need to go to Staples or Whole Foods to return (Amazon makes this very confusing), and the workers there had the patience of saints. I really appreciated their kindness to one older man who didn't even know what Whole Foods is, they were very patient.

I really wish there were a different UPS store closer to where I live, this one is so convenient, but no matter who is working they are literally so rude every time you walk in the door. I dread stopping in here, yall are never friendly even when customers are trying to be nice. 👍 Every single time
Sherry T., notary & UPS associate of the Nokomis Village, FL store provided exceptional customer service. She listened to me as I did my best to explain I’m bringing my fiance from the Philippines to US. And that I needed a variety of documents notarized so I could subsequently forward them to the Secretary of State of each of the 3 states I lived in and to be apostilled. Sherry’s listening skills are exceptional. And her patience to provide and excellent customer experience are top-notched.
In addition, I just want to mention how she successfully de-escalated a very drunk customer who was there at about 10am, by calmly talking to him, and subsequently assisting him with the self-check out for returns as soon as she was done helping me. This was in spite of him cursing at the other UPS associate non-stop. I had my back to this drunk customer. But I was praying to God 🙏 that he did not pull a gun and begin shooting at the 2 UPS associates and myself. Sherry saved the day by de-escalating the matter. Thank you Sherry. You are such a blessing to me to still be alive. I mean it. That guy was most unstable.

Stopped in for copies and fax service, Sherry was working alone with many people in line. She was so patient with everyone which made it easier for all of us waiting. She went above and beyond with exceptional customer service with a smile! Nice to see a happy face in this store for a change.
