  ​I had a fantastic experience at this UPS Store! I needed some documents bound on a tight timeline, and they handled it incredibly fast. The customer service here is top-notch—specifically Manny, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was put together perfectly and efficiently. Professional, friendly, and fast. I’ll definitely be bringing my business back here.

  I use the Niceville UPS Store regularly for our shipping needs and always get great, friendly service. This time it was Mike Lewis who stood out. I took an irreplaceable family photo in for help in making copies, and Mike was able to clean up flaws in it quickly and professionally to restore this one of a kind picture. Mike, great job and thank you so much for all of your help!

  I just saw the employee name Jack being the most in professional person ive ever seen. He gave attitude to a older gentleman that just had questions about his files that he was dropping off to get shredded. It not the first time that ive seen that employee acting like this. If he is so un happy to be working here then he should resign and not work, but dont be giving attitude and being in professional with the older generation. Last time ill ever come to this location
