  Great staff - they always try to help me with my Amazon returns if they can (sometimes Amazon forces me to go to Whole Foods and that makes me sad😒). It's awesome how they don't charge for tape at this store, because I know that things cost money in America. 💵 It's also cool how they will tape your box closed for you too, because I know it's really hard for grown adults to do that. 😊I see how many people come through their doors constantly and am amazed with how patient they are. 😇I also like how they even buy plastic bags to put all the stuff that we don't want any more in. I like to watch them put all the stuff into big brown boxes- it's just so fascinating how everything works. 👁️ I thank God every day for Jeffrey Bezos and how he's made it so easy for my family and I to make our homes into personal dressing rooms and how we don't even have to go to stores anymore to buy things- he's such a great man! 😍

  The RUDEST staff. My husband & I have been to this location multiple times for Amazon Returns and never once have we left there having a positive experience. The transaction seems so simple to provide such disgruntled service. Different Employees on Different Days & all Rude. Obviously a leadership issue.

  Horrible customer service!!!! I've been a longlife customer of UPS but at this location the Whole staff has a nasty attitude.Very disrespectful towards minority customers. What a shame! UPS do better!
