    Most of the staff is friendly. They never mess up my sandwich and always ask if I'd like a drink, cookies, or chips.☺️

    Where is Subway ever anytime you go in there to pick up an order they don’t make it until you get there even if it was ordered ahead. Staff sucks they will just stop your online order that was already in that they didn’t start until you got there to serve customers that are coming in and completely ignore you sat there for 20 minutes why they made two other people’s orders today.. there was nobody in the store and the employee was in the back when I entered the store and did not come out right away.

    I ordered online 4 meatball subs, when I got home the subs were without marinara sauce like they are supposed to have, they were the dryest meatball marinara subs I've ever bit into, the sub was so dry it was disgusting, the morning manager that opens lady dark hair extremely rude and was late opening the store, attitude which made me want to slap her with these disgusting subs I was given the day before. Worst experience ever at subway, the marinara sauce is usually covering the entire meatball and stains the bread red, the pic shows how dry and without sauce the subs were

    Walked in with my sons to get some sandwiches after a long car trip a few hours ago around 7pm 1/2/26. I was on my way to the restroom (hence the long trip needed to leak and wash my hands before eating) Some snobby employee asked in a snotty tone "are you going to be ordering" I responded yes, why? And they completely ignored me and rolled their eyes and walked away. So I told them we'll go somewhere else because they're acting like a weirdo. Why start a conversation if you can't communicate? As if I passed up on 100+ restrooms just to target the Subway in some tucked off plaza and walk my entire family inside to use a free bathroom. This type of strange behavior is a result of poor management. For example, we decided to stop at the Chick-fil-A up the road instead, and I was able to take a leak and wash my hands without being harassed and treated poorly. Then the entire staff was extremely polite and professional afterwards. Shows the difference in good and bad management. Nobody at a Chick-fil-A would ever talk to or treat a costumer that way. No more Subway for me. Garbage business from the top down.

    The staff are friendly and work efficiently. The sandwiches were great and the environment was clean and nice!
