  Today we went to return a defective item through Amazon . We had the box and label and everything and the young guy with the stringy long hair, attempted to charge $75 bucks . Mind you this was a completely free return that had been approved through Amazon . Truly it seems like every time I go in here it’s an issue one way or another . But today the customer service was really lacking . The young lady was able to help us and did a great job . She truly saved the day . But honestly customer service training should be a priority, truly it was lacking massively .

  I needed a few docs notarized to update our Wills and so on. Maybe 15 documents in all. I called this store only to be told $10 per seal (rubber stamping), or $150 for about ten minutes of work. I tried to offer them a reasonable amount but was told a BS story that the state of Florida does not allow discounts. This was a pure fabrication since the State of Florida does not regulate what notaries can charge. The moral of the story is this UPS Store was not honest and not willing to be competitive. $150 for ten minutes of witnessing papers being signed is a pure ripoff. I will never shop here. Think about it!
