  2 star experience, the manager seemed generally grumpy. I solo carried in a 120lb box and basically opened the door for myself, by the time I monkeyed the door open he said “I was coming to get that.” Sorry, was hard to tell from where I was standing lol. Then because he’s grumpy over the door, he charged me $2 for a few pieces of clear tape for my Amazon return. Didn’t even ask if I had any or whatever, just said “this thing is rough, gonna have to charge you for the tape.” It was just opened on one side and sealed up pretty easily. Meanwhile, someone else comes in and requests help getting an item out of their car and brought into the store for a return as well. Except they didn’t get charged some sort of labor and handling fee lol. It’s not about the $2, it’s about his attitude and the principle. There’s enough local UPS stores, as a new resident this will be a first me last use experience.

  I’ve been to this particular UPS store many times and they are incredibly helpful, professional and super nice! Never had an issue. The whole staff is fabulous! 😊
