  NOTE: This Subway IS in the hospital You should place a pickup order opposed to a ToGo order AT the Subway. Not sure why you would get it ToGo in-person, anyway. Despite the Subway being in the hospital, the hospital entrance staff was kind and understanding of why I was there (to get my Subway). Simply explain that you’re picking up Subway. Also, the actual sub was very good. Not going to order from here again - since it’s in a hospital - but if you accidentally ordered here, not realizing it was a hospital, the food should be good.

  If I could give zero stars I would. My sub had spoiled mayo on it and I took it back in there just asking for a refund because I now can get food poisoning and I gave the sandwich back and they refuse to give me a refund only re make the sandwich. Why would I want a re made sandwich I’m disgusted and don’t want it anymore. The man then tells me no again about the refund and that his manger would be there at a specific time the next day. I call to make sure she is there and he tells me over the phone she’s not ganna be there until Thursday. I want my money back and I’m now sick with food poisoning because of them. I can’t seem to get in touch with anyone about it. Never come to this subway.

  Bought a protein bowl with the rotisserie chicken. Asked for it to be heated up. It was still cold. When I sat down to eat it the chicken tasted stale and was extremely salty. I went back to the counter and expressed my concern the cashier stated the rotisserie is new and about it being salty that’s “just the way it is” 14$ down the drain. Please do not eat from here.
