Terrible Subway. They are so skimpy with everything. Wilted tomatoes, 6 olives on a foot long, 4 pickles, a couple of spinach leaves and very little lettuce. The last 2 aren't even very expensive!!! This is my 3rd time. The last 2 times were like this and that's outrageous for the price of sandwiches now.
I placed an online order on the website and used a BOGO coupon. The website accepted the coupon and the order. I arrived 15 min later to find out the order had been canceled TEN minutes AFTER I ordered. The man acted as if it was a mystery, but then asked if I used the bogo coupon. He claims that they don't accept it. Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face! I will never return again and I've previously eaten here multiple times.
Place is disgusting!!! I saw rats crawling behind the counter! Also, the owner is very cheap! (Because it’s not a franchise) They put very little toppings on the sub on purpose and gets angry when you ask for a little extra! the place is very dirty. I would not recommend! 0/10

The gentlemen that works here the tall guy who says he’s the manager he’s SO RUDE of you watch him make your sandwich because he barely puts anything in it the sub is so flat barely toasted then he tells you to sit down if you watch him like what? Then you tell him no I’m going to stand here it’s my right as a paying customer then he proceeds to say I’m not making your sandwich his attitude is disrespectful and disgusting I will NEVER go back here again and this was my go to subway.i honestly don’t even understand how he is still in business

Terrible service. Wouldn't make any changes to my foot long online order when I was standing right there. Indian guy refunded my money without me knowing it, the son had the wrong bread, I asked for Italian herb and he wouldn't make the sandwich. I asked, what's wrong? He pointed to his dad, I have no idea what's going on. Dad comes over and hands me receipt. I said I don't need a receipt, but ok. Then he said he gave me my money back. I'm flaborgasted. I'm starving and wanted them to make my sandwich!! He again said we can't change anything. Then I started a new order and showed him what I was choosing, I didn't see how to add veggies the first time. He was not interested in helping me and said go stand over by the tables. There were no other customers there! I'm like, wow, you are not friendly, what is wrong with you? He walked away. I asked the son what is wrong with him, and I the guy said to leave. I just couldn't believe I was treated that way. I think when I walked in he just didn't like me, maybe he has something against white women. I was dressed appropriately in shorts and a nice top. He made me feel like a piece of crap, what happened to good customer service? This is why subway is having a hard time, corporate shouldnt allow their franchises to act like this. I will never go back!!!
