  Trying to ship a very large but lightweight box, Employees seemed very rude Susan I believe her name tag was had a face of disgust the whole time and a harsh tone in her voice for absolutely no reason at all. I tried going to ups store and they told me to try here for cheaper, and I told her that and she looked very confused and agitated, I don’t know why, she just seemed she didn’t want to do it. And ofc she gave me a higher price lol don’t recommend, ups store down the road gave me a discount on top of it being cheaper to ship an oversized box
