  I had to drop off a package to ship back to where I purchased it from. Several people in line however one of the employees was extremely helpful and helped me at the self serve kiosk. Super friendly.

  This is a friendly store, nice staff, efficient. However, in addition to the box rental fee ($180), they have now added a service fee of $10 per person per month. Their fee booklet says it is optional, but they are requiring it. See the red print. Does anyone know if there are other mail box rentals that don't add a service fee? (We need an alternative to USPS delivery: meds, frozen foods are left out in the heat.)

  This UPS store sent back my package two times even though I paid to hold it at this location. The staff told me the manager put my package back onto the truck. They told me to reach out to a customer service number which did not really help at all. Now my package is in limbo. Really horrendous experience with them.

  Had a tricky Amazon return and Winnie was very helpful. She went out of her way to help get it done at the lowest cost. She is a star!
