  Placed online order for delivery. Wings were dry like they ran out of the sauce we asked for. On the other order the buffalo sauce was over done with butter it was disgusting not to mention it came dripped everywhere and on everything else in the bag. I called to inform them of my order they asked me if I wanted them to send sauce with a driver (which they were not planning on paying for the trip) I said that would be wrong to do to the driver they said ok then bring the wings urself I said I couldn’t n asked for them to give me store credit or a refund n they said no I had to take them in. So y would I take in a messed up order that I paid for with delivery n tip for the driver to have to drive over so they can fix their issue? .. seriously this place needs management. So if u ever want dry crispy wings that scrap the back of ur throat you his is definitely the place for u. $46.46 thrown away. Thank u to the wonderful staff at wingstop!

  Terrible customer service, Food not cooked properly 1st time I ordered from here, 2nd time they Refused to refund for an order that I didnt receive. It took for doordash to call them to process a refund after "Josie" claimed the manager was not available for the day. Doordash customer service rep came back and told she the manager Diane WAS there and would be processing my refund.

  They service he is okay but coming in last night there was no ice and then I come in today and the system is down so we can’t order food I don’t understand why they don’t call tech support
