  I had a terrible experience with their food service and it’s not the first time this has happened at this location. This is the third time I’ve ordered takeout, only to get home and find the food completely or partially burnt, containing ingredients I hadn't ordered due to my allergies. When I went back to the shop to explain the situation and return the botched order, the cooks started raising their voices; I could hear them clearly from where I was standing. the Cuban cooks were literally shouting inside the kitchen, insisting that I was supposed to eat my order burnt like that and that I had no reason to complain. I usually buy from the location on Immokalee Rd and the service is good, but here the entire staff has a bad attitude and provides poor customer service it’s terrible service and rude treatment.

  Wingstop was completely empty so this shouldn’t be a busy issue. The Dr Pepper was completely flat at that point it didn’t even taste like Dr Pepper, they gave me 3 small tenders and a nugget when i bought 3 tenders and completely forgot my fries.

  This place routinely messes up your order and is always missing items. If you buy from here, double check everything and count the number of wings. I have been shortchanged on numerus occasions here.

  Worst experience ever the food tasted like it had been prepared hours before and just dipped in the oil again to warm up and honestly the place was really dirty I wouldn’t recommend this at all do better
