  I made an order via wingstops website. The order never arrived, I called this location and the first person I called spoke to put the phone down on me and said no English. I called back and was told the staff can’t check on orders and why they haven’t arrived or not, they eventually said they can’t refund orders that never arrived but also told me I never made an order? I have an order number from wing stop including the location the order was made from. I was told I have to call back at 6pm to speak to a manager after making 3 phone calls to them. The fact that the staff have terrible customer service skills and don’t have the necessities to check on customers orders placed on the website of the company they work for is ridiculous. You should not offer delivery thru your website if you are unable to create a seamless process for the customer to receive there food or receive a refund if the food never arrives. Disappointing and after reading other reviews I can see this location clearly has some issues. I’d like to reiterate, staff at this location are unable to process refunds or correctly access orders made through there companies website.

  Me encantó la comida, todo el local estaba súper limpio, también el cajero muy amable, tuve que usar el baño y sin problemas el lo abrió por mi fue muy amable. La verdad no avía llegado aquí antes por los malos comentarios pero me atreví a venir y no me decepcionaron, todas las alitas muy bien salseadas y buena cantidad de papas, les recomiendo mucho venir!!🥳😩
