Don’t recommend this location for any jewelry fixation.
Oh my gosh are they aggressive! Like sharks!
Husband and I came in for an extended weekend from Chicago. We decided to go to Tiffany’s because I was looking for something special for my 50th birthday. However, I was so taken a back at how aggressive the sales rep was. Couldn’t even look at stuff, she literally followed us around and kept talking to us, it was so intense! I couldn’t even speak with my husband privately. I finally said something to her and she backed away. We left.
Listen, let people breathe and look at their own pace. If I want to see something on me I will let you know.

We visited to purchase our wedding bands, and Kraig made the experience truly memorable. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions while helping us explore different band options. The level of service we received exceeded our expectations, and everyone at the store was friendly and welcoming. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend this location!

I had an amazing experience with this store. I neededy ring sized and it was bought awhile ago ..more than a year. They were so nice in store and helped me get it done for no charge (they have a lifetime guarantee and any repairs for life). They treated me like a queen. Lisa helped me and assume they would email when ready in 2 weeks. It was 2 weeks on the dot. Lisa actually texted me from her personal phone to let me know it was ready. And even when I needed to chat after because of me having a difficult time to get there she answered promptly. Upon picking it up everyone was polite and kept asking me if I wanted water when I was in a rush to get in and out. My ring was beautiful and perfectly sized and sparkly ! Thank you Tiffany & Co for amazing staff!
Customer service reps at the store was kind and respectful. I took in a vintage Tiffany gold watch to simply have the battery replaced and the metal buffed to remove scratches. The watch had to be sent out for this work. I was emailed a receipt saying the service should be done no later than a week later. I called the store for a status 10 days later, was told they found a problem and sending me an estimate. 3 days later, no estimate received so I called the store again who connected me to the service center. The man at the service center told me the watch had to be refurbished on the inside and wasn't working. After I asked several questions, seems the watch does work with a new battery, just not keeping exact time. They quoted me another $500 to complete the service. I said I don't want it refurbished, I only asked for buff and battery replacement. The man said when they receive an item for service, it is their policy to return it as new (refurbished) and they cannot just replace the battery and polish the gold. So he said he could send it back not serviced. I couldn't believe it, why isn't customer service informed of this when accepting items for service? And why wouldn't you provide this service to a customer who has purchased from you several times in the past? I wasted 2 trips to Naples (an hour trip each way, it is the closest store to me), the 2nd to pick up my watch which was never serviced. I don't doubt the quality of Tiffany's jewelry but I would have thought Tiffany's would have better customer service, extremely disappointed and frankly shocked at the experience.
