  Thank you Kyle for all your expert help doing my fingerprints ! I was having a very hard time at the fingerprinting kiosk. Thankfully Kyle noticed and with his help we were able to capture my prints and submit! Great hire UPS. I was ready to leave- Kyle saved the day- mission completed!

  If I could leave a 0 star review I would. My elderly 71 one year old father went to drop off an a few Amazon returns but did not realize he had to use separate QR codes for each item he returned. I quickly noticed the issue and within less than 20 minutes my dad was back inside the store (he’s lives very close by) He explained what he had done incorrectly and instead of finding compassionate and helpful store associates he was told two different stories of why they couldn’t help him. First a young man who said that the box had been already packed up and sealed and they couldn’t open it (This was a lie as the box was next to him still but he did not feel like going through it to find the items and scan the correct QR codes) and the other lie was that the store had just been “sweeped” and the packages were on their way to a warehouse already. Needless, to say the second story was only given to my dad because he threatened to leave a bad review while I was on the phone with him overhearing everything. Sad, with all the elderly people that live in Naples that this store would be so heartless and give old people such a hard time. I know my dad messed up but it is the unwillingness to help and their poor customer service skills that will keep us from ever using this UPS Store on Pine Ridge Road again!!
