  Had a rude condescending employee named Boston, according to the receipt, give my wife a hard time regarding returning of 2 amazon items that were in their original boxes without additional shipping labels on them per Amazon's instructions. I chatted with Amazon Customer Support and they even said it should have been free. Amazon refunded my money for the shipping return.

  David was fantastic - I needed a large piece of ART on canvas shipped from FL to NY for a client and David helped me with pricing options and explained the packing process. The piece I was shipping was 42x48 so very large and he assured me it would be bubble wrapped so it would safely arrive in NY later that same week. He was patient and took his time helping me find the best option for shipping it. I did also price out other local art shipping businesses and this was the least expensive option for something this large and fragile.
