    We were in the store today May 29, 2026 around 10:25 and I believe his name was Boston (that’s the name on receipt) helped us and he was great! We had a very atypical shipping need, the item was a very sentimental piece of art of an awkward size and he was so knowledgeable and understanding and EXTREMELY helpful! It is not everyday that you get customer service when it is obvious that the person you’re dealing with actually cares about you and your stuff. He also takes pride in his job and it shows. Thanks, Boston! You deserve a raise!! You run rings around PAK Mail down the street! We walked straight out of that place!

    On several occasions I have dropped items off for returns, and later I get a message that the item was never returned. ALWAYS GET YOUR RETURN RECEIPTS from these people. They are rude and incompetent.

    Excellent customer service every time I visit! The staff Jonas is always friendly, professional, and very helpful with shipping, printing, and returns. They work quickly but still make sure everything is done correctly. The store is clean, organized, and the whole process is always easy and stress-free. Definitely one of the best UPS Store locations I’ve been to. Highly recommend
