  Always used UPS in the past. Gifts holiday especially and transport if books to and from college. Appreciate service would love to be a small part of the service.

  I’ve been coming here for two years. I started just as they switched management and I was very skeptical because I was afraid that all the workers would be fired. Thankfully it did not happen BUT because I felt that way, I had unknowingly attached myself to these people mentally. Weird, I know but I began to care for them. Then, I found out they were dog friendly which made it so much better. Aja was the first person to help me. Fernando was the second. They have been amazing to my wildly unique needs including shipping art all over the place

  Always a pleasure to stop by! Regardless of how busy the store gets, the staff are professional and friendly. Today, I went in for an Amazon return. Rogelio had a customer on the phone, another waiting, myself, and packages to take care of. Though he seemed to be all alone, he was not frustrated nor impatient with anyone. To the customer on the phone, he calmly provided a clear explanation. To the customer ahead of me, he thanked him for his patience. Once he got to me, he processed my return while also greeting a new customer. Overall excellent service! However this store goes about hiring and training its staff, they are doing a great job!

  We brought an enormous “problem” into this UPS location( two chairs in damaged boxes) - and worried about how we’d be received. David helped us with patience, kindness and expertise. The entire staff was courteous and engaged and the atmosphere was truly one reflective of good training and probably good treatment by management. Look no further!
