  I’ve been coming here for two years. I started just as they switched management and I was very skeptical because I was afraid that all the workers would be fired. Thankfully it did not happen BUT because I felt that way, I had unknowingly attached myself to these people mentally. Weird, I know but I began to care for them. Then, I found out they were dog friendly which made it so much better. Aja was the first person to help me. Fernando was the second. They have been amazing to my wildly unique needs including shipping art all over the place

  The employees were great I paid 2x for a golf bag shipping box that I paid for in Boston $30 vs $14 A rip off Will not go back

  Received notice that I had a package ready for pickup from UPS at 2614 Tamiami Trail N, Naples, FL. Went to store to pick up and was stunned by the condition of the store. Boxes everywhere, security gate half closed so you have to squat to get in to see someone at counter and generally a mess. When I got to speak to clerk, she told me driver didn't deliver to store yesterday, even though UPS sent an email saying it was ready to pick up, and that I should wait a few days before coming back. Lousy service in total from UPS, and the store reflects the same image.
