  Sonny is so accommodating and a real gentleman. His staff are the best. Always pleasant and goes out of their way to help you. And what’s best my packages arrive in a timely manner. I can’t say that for the other facility.

  Totally pleased with this UPS store and the staff who work there. So glad it opened close to us. Go there frequently and have had all good experiences. The staff is efficient at getting through lines of people and are always courteous. The manager Sonny keeps the place running smoothly and is always there to help. He also helped me resolve an issue unrelated to their UPS store. He goes above and beyond. This is my number one stop for UPS!

  Terrible customer service. Explained to store owner that I had called earlier in the day to get pricing, sizing info before shipping. Was told by store associate that it was easier if I purchased all online and all I had to do was drop it off. Store owner did not care at all. Besides store owner explaining that they aren’t affiliated with UPS even though it says UPS store I need to pay extra for packaging. Again pleaded my case that had I been told different over the phone I would have just come straight to store but. He holds no one accountable and I have already reported it to UPS to make them aware. Update: what a ripoff charging an additional $297 dollars for shipping and adding more than double the weight of the shipping when it was weighed in front of me and told me only thing I need to pay was the extra box. Unreal. Seems like their charge is a retaliatory charge. All good. Taking this one up with corporate.
