  Great service most of the time, but not today. Logan is rude and condescending, and should be fired. The manager also should not be defending the crappy tone by saying ‘oh that’s just how he is’- are you kidding me? Well, this is how I am – I’m taking my business elsewhere.

  Brought in a box for a return and the person at the desk said they were not allowed to tape the box up and I needed to purchase a roll of tape to tape it up myself. I asked if I could borrow tape to do it myself and she again said no I needed to buy tape which I did. Then the employee next to her took my roll of tape and taped it up himself after they just told me they weren’t allowed to tape my box up. Ridiculous.

  Guy wouldn’t give me a little piece of tape as I forgot to tape my package. Said he wasn’t allowed to. Wanted to charge me $5 for a roll of tape. You are a shipping store. That’s the cost of doing business. Last time I use this location.
