  I placed a mobile order because to be quite honest subway usually is the worst experience as far as employees. But when I walked into this one (never been to this location before) I was greeted pleasantly by Peter (not sure of last name) giving me instruction on where my order was, asking if I needed anything else and being overall pleasant!! It was my first great experience with a subway employee and so I thought he should be recognize for this. As I was inside the location filling my drinks I noticed he was extremely pleasant to the other customers he was helping as well. 👏

  Usually I have no complaints about this subway since the staff is usually very friendly and nice but tonight they rushed me an hour before closing time and they talked bad about us in Spanish which is my first language so I understood everything and again they complain about us coming at that hour which was an hour before closing time and they shouldn’t talk bad about customers infront of their faces even worse in Spanish because some people can understand them and that’s not a nice experience. I understand they must be tired and so but they shouldn’t be rude nor rushing the customer an hour before closing is not like I arrived at 7:59 when they close at 8.

  This subway should be ashamed of there staff the owners son offended me by asking why i was using coupons because i worked where i worked. in this economy any little bit helps. he apparently does not know what its like to live on your own and have responsibilities of your own, because he is the owners son. the rest of the staff was never really pleasant but, it was tolerable. i have never been so offended in my life i work in the service industry and that is the rudest thing i have ever heard. i really hope his father doesn't know that he is treating customers that way. my job and i were going the upward to 3-4 times a week we may just be a small part but its the principle that matters learn respect and manners i will never go there again!
