  We ordered 3 footlongs toasted and when I got home, opened the bag, the sandwiches were cold cold!! They also put in different cheese that I did NOT ordered. There's no excuse, I got there and there was only 2 ppl ordering.

  The man who made my sandwich was miserable. He did not smile, greet me or have any sense of pride in his work. The bread he gave me was the other half of another which was definitely smaller than 6 inches and stale. Overall, not impressed with the service or food at this location.
