  My sandwich had 6 meatball instead of 8 so it was mostly bread. Missed tomato’s on my sandwich, (which is fine because they said they were out), but the person behind me asked for them and got them?? I updated my name in the app but when the order printed it was the original name causing an issue finding my sandwich. When I asked about my sandwich with the updated name, the employee looked around and just shrugged and said “idk 🤷” When offered to look at online order info told us we were just at the wrong location. Only after another employee came over and looked at the online recipt is when the situation was resolved. Then walking away the first employee proceeded to talk shit about me thinking I didn’t hear them. 💀
