  Do not use this company!! I recently changed over car and home insurance with Melissa Niesz with Reale Agency. The home insurance was paid in full in March. I received a letter a month later wanting a home inspection done which I did and provided to Melissa well before the requested deadline however I found out on May 29 that my policy was cancelled on MAY 8 because they did not recieve it. I had to call the insurance provider directly to find this out because my agent would not call, text, or email me back. I repeatedly followed up with Melissa with no response and was never informed that the homeowner's insurance was cancelled. This created a major mess with my mortgage company and became a huge problem trying to find coverage with another company since it was cancelled. Even though I did get new coverage on May 29, the mortgage company is threatening us because we had a lap in coverage that I didn't even know about. I honestly hope this doesn't have to become a lawsuit. Further, I used them for Commercial Vehicle coverage for our business and now reading the fine print of the policy, I found out that the policy does not cover any of our employees eventhough all the information was provided to Melissa and she assured me that they were added. Obviously a huge problem! Communication, follow up, and insufficient proficiency from this company make it the worst agency that I've every dealt with. I called the main office several times and no one would help, they just kept passing me off to some other random person on the other end of the line who didn't know anything either. I expect more from any insurance agent. Protect yourself and stay away from this company.

  LG Washer extended plan warranty . They have put me off since 12-4 of 2025 !! Still asking for more pictures and info ...liars !

  Vince- What can I say about him? He was truly a blessing! Very kind & made sure he stuck through everything while switching over to AllState! Y’all need more people like him, seriously!!! I only went with AllState because of how I was treated & the relationship they build with you. Answered all my concerns and questions. P.S. Give this man a HUGE raise. He’s going to go a long way!!! Thank you !!! So much for everything!!!
