  Supposed to open at 8am but employee showed up at 8:33 leaving customers standing outside waiting for service. No apologies were spoken, just rudeness from the very late employee.

  The worst customer service I have ever experienced. It took me over an hour to get a report printed as it looks in the attachment is sent to them days prior to printing. The staff was the opposite of helpful if that’s even possible for a shipping and printing store. Printing is literally half of their business and it was terrible.

  Terrible service. April and Lazaro did not give me the parcel, did not even want to look at the document of the change of person who should sign for the delivery. Lazaro behaves arrogantly and looks at you as if you are a second-class person and he is the boss whom everyone should listen to. I do not recommend visiting this branch.
