  I had the most wonderful experience at the new Dior boutique in Naples, Florida! It is absolutely beautiful, with an amazing selection and truly exceptional customer service—easily one of the best Dior boutiques in South Florida. A special thank-you to Viviana my wonderful sales representative, and Victoria the associate manager, for making my visit so memorable! Monika

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I have visited the Dior boutique at Waterside Shops several times and have always looked forward to the experience that a luxury brand should provide. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very disappointing. As soon as I walked into the store, one of the sales associates gave me what felt like a judgmental look. She looked me up and down, smirked, raised her eyebrows in disgust, and her body language made me feel unwelcome before a single word was exchanged. Whether intentional or not, it left me with the impression that I was being judged based on my casual clothing rather than treated as a valued customer. Luxury retail should be about exceptional service and making every guest feel welcome, regardless of how they’re dressed. On this visit, I was prepared to make a significant purchase, but after the interaction, I chose not to. Instead, I took my business to the Gucci and Louis Vuitton boutiques, where I was treated with professionalism and respect. My hope is that Dior reminds its team that first impressions matter and that every customer deserves the same level of courtesy and attention. You never know who is walking through your doors, and judging someone by their appearance can cost both a sale and a returning customer. Never Judge A Book By Its Cover!!!!!
