  We had an excellent experience with Carter Fence Company. Matt Gantert was knowledgeable and easy to work with throughout the estimating process. He took the time to answer our questions and made everything straightforward from the beginning. Paola Velasquez was outstanding. She was incredibly responsive, organized, and kept everything moving smoothly from scheduling through completion of install. Anytime we had a question or needed something addressed, she handled it promptly and made the entire process seamless. Her communication and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out.   Carter fence is our favorite fence company to work with in the area. We have been using them for more years than I can remember for all sorts of jobs, including fence repairs and dumpster lock installation/repairs. Their work is very consistent with fair pricing and all of the employees are nice to work with.

  I can't say enough about how great Carter Fence is - they installed a Chain Link Fence, Manual gate and an Electric gate with a call box\video camera. Each step of the process was handled professionally. Each member of their crew was friendly, polite and cleaned up the property when they were finished. Big shout out to Paola for making the process so easy. She accommodated all of our scheduling requests and changes quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Carter Fence for any fence, gate, or other project.
