  Went in because we were on day three of a phone we had gotten from cricket and already having issues with it. Explained the situation to the guy and was interrupted and simply told i could not be helped, no advice was given on how to correct our situation, and was referred to a phone place next door. He was unwilling to even try and access our account. We are normally verizon customers but it was my daughters first phone so didnt want to have to spend too much on it. He also smelled like marajuana and looked high. Absolute trash service. Will be cancell8ng service with them and just biting the bullet and adding our daughter to our verizon account.
