Not only quick to serve but when I needed some help with steps, she was quick to provide. I felt like a customer that mattered.

The person who assisted me when I arrived did not even greet me or say good morning. She had a very unpleasant attitude and made me feel as though she did not want to assist me. She told me, ‘Put the package on the scale,’ in a rude and unpleasant tone Her tone and manner of communication came across as unwelcoming and unprofessional. I believe she may be new. She is younger, somewhat petite, and has a darker complexion. This happened today, September 12, during the morning shift, around 9:00 a.m. She was working alongside a woman who appears to be Indian.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at The UPS Store in Mount Dora! The service was fast, friendly, and extremely helpful. The staff took the time to understand what I needed, helped me sort everything out, and made sure I had the best and most cost-effective solution. Everyone was professional and welcoming, and I have to say the new renovation looks amazing! The entire process was so quick and easy that I was in and out in less than five minutes. I also really appreciated that they offered additional products I needed at a fraction of the price, saving me from having to make another trip. It’s the little things like that, along with great customer service, that make a difference. A special shout-out to the owner! She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful. You can truly tell that she cares about her customers and takes pride in making sure everyone has a positive experience. It’s always nice to support a local business where the owner is personally involved and makes you feel appreciated. ❤️ If you live in Mount Dora or the surrounding area, I definitely recommend giving this location a try. Friendly service, great prices, professional staff, and a beautiful newly renovated store. I’ll definitely be back! 📦😊

This is by far the best UPS Store I have worked with in my 12 years of business. Very friendly and helpful staff.
