  Absolutely terrible delivery experience with the Miami branch. Their drivers seem to have a complete inability to deliver any packages to actual addresses. This isn't just happening to me—it happens with every single package. Instead of bringing regular deliveries to our doors, they constantly just dump everyone's packages on the floor in the community locker room. For my recent high-value package that explicitly required a signature, the driver once again went straight to the locker room and main office where no one was available to sign. This exact scenario happened FOUR times! Because the driver repeatedly didn't bother to attempt delivery at my actual residence, the delivery failed day after day. If a package requires a signature, the driver needs to go to the house, not just default to the locker room. This widespread incompetence and laziness from the Miami location is incredibly frustrating and completely unacceptable.
