  Great staff I frequent many UPS locations, and the staff here has always been friendly and helpful. I would also like to add this location has kept a high quality for many years.

  "I had a very positive experience at this location. I was dealing with an urgent and sensitive shipment for the Florida Department of State and was initially worried due to some conflicting information. Rebekah Cox, the Store Manager, went above and beyond to assist me. She was professional, diligent, and very helpful in clarifying the tracking status, even despite the communication challenges of me being overseas. Truly excellent customer service—I highly recommend this store for their commitment and efficiency

  Careful with bait and switch. I paid over $15 for a puppy prescription (size of a post-it note) to be delivered to an online pharmacy. They had to have the original prescription from our vet. I was told by the staff that this option/price presented to me would get it there in 3 days, by Thursday 5/21. The reality is the package was not delivered until 5 days later (today, Tuesday 5/26). This was not acceptable to us at all as our puppy needed their medicine. The next dose was due to be taken today and the pharmacy was going to send it overnight once they received the prescription. Now we're in a bind and when I called UPS to complaint, Rebekah basically said she didn't know why the employee would tell me delivery would be Tuesday 5/21 but went into great detail about this not being guaranteed and told me that it is the responsibility of the customer to read the fine print (that I commented was illegible to me due to vision blur at 9 months pregnant) on the screen prior to pressing accept. I do not know anyone who would refuse to sign fine print they could not read on their screen after the employee in front of them confirmed that this option would get their script there by Thursday. A refund was refused and I don't even recall getting an apology, just a shifting of blame. Very unprofessional and tricky business practices.

  The staff is extremely dishonest. If a package arrives later than promised, they shift the blame onto the customer for supposedly choosing the wrong shipping method.

  Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this location. I am taking my business to FedEx!!!
