  I needed a mailbox for my small business. There were no customers at the counter, but three employees behind the counter. I was told that they were "slammed," and they invited me to come back tomorrow. I thanked them, and told them that I would, instead, open my mailbox at the Pace location. The Pace location seemed genuinely pleased to have my business.

  Kristen and Chasity were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and helpful when I came in to print a label and ship a phone out. They helped me very quickly and advised the correct way to pack my cell phone safely. It's always great to have amazing customer service.

  I always use this store and only UPS as the others are not reliable. Staff is always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable and the store is always clean and organized. Check them out for all your shipping, printing, packaging and notary needs, you’ll be glad you did!

  I came in today with two hampers full of clothes (literally) and a baby in a carrier on the front of me. Daylin was there and helped me. At first I came in and was stressed out and she was friendly and helped me with different size boxes since I wasn’t sure which sizes I would need. She folded them for me and once I had them packed she taped them up, and weighed them so I could get a price estimate. I had to stop midway through to go back out to my car to switch my baby to a stroller and she was fine watching my stuff while I did so. When all was said and done, I had to bring a stroller/baby back out, the hampers (now empty), and two heavy boxes totaling about 30lbs. She didn’t hesitate to offer to help bring them to my car for me and carried both no problem. She could have easily let me try to leave and carry everything myself but she offered first. It was genuinely appreciated. So thank you again, Daylin. 😊

  On May 11, 2026 at approximately 4:00 pm I walked into the UPS store on highway 90 in Milton Fl to fax information to the IRS. When I walked into the store the line was long and I started to come back at an another day and time. UPS staff was fast with helping customers and before I knew it I was at the desk being helped. The staff was very professional and worked as a team with some customers as needed. Being observant, I noticed staff who were working on different needs of customers was very knowledgeable which helped down size the long line in a timely manner.
