Absolute garbage of an experience. My husband went inside to order food, and sat down to wait. A line of people came in and got their food and someone else came in wanting a fry and the people behind the counter were busy so the manager gave this person a free fry and come to find out it was our fries. They said they’ll make us another fry meanwhile the chicken had been done for 20 minutes. My husband told them they needed to remake all of our food since they gave away our fries and let the chicken get cold.

I absolutely love this location! Never crowded , always clean and the staff is always attentive. My son and I came in the night of 5/11. The guy immediately acknowledged us and asked if we could give him a moment. He thanked us for waiting and placed our order. Kept us updated on when it will be ready while we waited. He brought the food to our table and continued to check on us even after. Food was good and fresh!!! I wish would’ve gotten his name.

If your restaurant is primarily a “wing” restaurant then I find that considerably sad as the wings are just not good at all, the ones I received in both of my ten wing box orders fell way short of the mark, the fat wasn’t rendered enough so the outer layer was rubbery and fatty in texture and they also were not fresh as they would have been considerably hotter had they been made fresh like I had asked. The fries that were in the order were no better, barely warm and over seasoned to the point that they too were pretty much inedible. It’s just like the employees don’t care whatsoever with the food they are dishing out. Almost $40 for two meals that were pretty much inedible. I would not recommend. If you love fried chicken wings this is not the place to go.

Not a great experience at this Wingstop. Staff behavior was unprofessional and made for an uncomfortable visit. Order timing was inconsistent, which made me question food freshness. I won’t be returning.

Ordered delivery through the Wingstop app at 8:13 PM. By 9:15 PM, no food.
Called the store and was told by the manager (Collin Marcus) that my order was just sitting there because they “don’t deliver” and rely on third-party drivers—and that it wasn’t his problem.
Ended up with no food, a refund that takes up to 5 days, and zero accountability.
If delivery isn’t available, the app should not accept the order. Very poor experience.
