  Jesus was absolutely amazing! I went to another UPS store and they were not helpful at all. I walked into the Middleburg location and Jesus walked me through the process. I will never go to another store. This is my location.

  After recently discovering this UPS Store location, I visited today for copy services. I cannot say enough good about this store. I have used other locations but this one really impressed me. The gentleman that assisted me definitely has some of the best customer service skills I have witnessed in a long time. Very kind, considerate & helpful. I did not feel like I was being rushed through a check out stand, even though I notice that he stopped the project he had going to wait on me. If you are in need of any of these services I highly recommend anyone to give this Middleburg location a try. You will not regret it.

  My sister and I went into the ups store yesterday and felt so welcome. The ups man was so helpful he went above and beyond to help us with our return. He was so fast and efficient It was very pleasurable experience. I will always go back there. It made our day we were so grateful. Thankyou

  Just came from my local UPS store. I was greeted as I came in. One customer ahead of me, but was a short wait. Very friendly employees. I felt welcome to their store. I'll come back.
