  Great place, I pass by several UPS drop off spots to use this one. Jesus is on top of everything. Helps you out with any issues, the other employees are just as helpful.

  I’ve been to this UPS Store quite a few times and, for the most part, my experiences have been good. The store is usually pretty quick, and I’m normally in and out without any issues. However, there is an older gentleman who works there who was pretty rude. During my most recent visit, he told me they didn’t need the bag my packages were in. I folded it up and, on my way out, went to throw it in the trash can by the door. He then rudely told me that the point was for me to take the trash with me so I wouldn’t be filling up their dumpster. Happened on 8/20/26 @12pm. A little better customer service and communication would go a long way.
