  Extremely disappointing experience. The cashier was extremely nice, professional, and genuinely tried to help me with my order. Unfortunately, the manager’s attitude completely ruined the experience. I placed an order through Uber Eats and called the store less than 30 seconds after placing it because Uber Eats would not allow me to split the wing flavors between my meals. This was a simple request that could have easily been accommodated. The cashier was willing to help, but the manager repeatedly told her no and refused to even speak to me directly. Instead, I was told I needed to cancel my order and either come into the store or place the order through the Wingstop app. That makes absolutely no sense, especially considering I called immediately after placing the order and was simply asking for a reasonable adjustment. Good customer service starts with management. If a manager cannot handle a simple customer request professionally or is unwilling to communicate directly with the customer, then some serious management training is needed. I cancelled my entire order and took my business elsewhere. The cashier deserves credit for trying to help, but the manager’s attitude and unwillingness to work with a customer were unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location

  This location lacks professional standards and refuses to take responsibility for its mistakes. They completely messed up my order and didn't offer a basic apology. The manager is incompetent, unprofessional, and desperately needs basic customer service and communication skills training. I will never patronize this location again and have advised my colleagues to take their business elsewhere.

  Very nice place , fast service and everything is clean. The manager is always on top of everything. Congratulations to all the staff. FOOD WITH GREAT FLAVOR.
