  Online orders on their website never work at all no matter what day, time, event, etc. is going on. Busy times, not busy times, the option to order online on their website is never working. It is CLEARLY turned off intentionally by employees at this point. Do better.

  We ordered 15 classic wings and received boneless, tried calling back and was hung up on twice. We also asked for 2 sweet teas with no ice and the drinks contained ice. We ordered the combo drinks fries and classic wings spending $30 for an incorrect order 😞

  Chicken had no seasoning. Dipping sauce charged ONLY in a Black neighborhood. Everywhere else it's apart of your order.Rude customer service provided. Disgusting to see workers eating at the counter while serving customers.I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Las personas que trabajan aquí especialmente una señora morena rellenita de anteojos que groseras y con mala cara yo no sé porque contratan gente con mala actitud a lugares así que tienen que trabajar con servicio al cliente 😡
