  If I could leave zero stars I would. These companies like to charge an arm and a leg for some wings and then give out nasty food. Spent over $50 for what? Reheated chicken wings? Zero sauce on it? Fries that were supposed to be seasoned and came plain and soggy? Do you not care about the quality of food you put out? Never again. This wingstop won’t get my money

  🍗 WINGSTOP 🍗 YEEEEE, bruh this place is pretty litty, like they have some deal goin on right now Brodie like if you do a survey they give you a free order of fries!! 🍟 Not even kidding fam like on God this stuff still happenin BRUH ITS 2026 shiiiiiihhhh yuh yuh Martin was absolutely incredible with his customer service and his willingness to share the blessings with thee Yeerrrr 😎 ya know thas respeck on they name cuz like ion know too many people out there doin this stuff & in times like today I know you all hurtin the bank & yo pocket 💰 Why spend $5.49 for a chalupa at Taco Bell when you can get 2 tenders and free fries when you fill out a survey BRUH! 😎 Don’t forget to give some luv to em and show them out there cuz they doin a real one for the community of Kendall especially Kendall bruh… they always be needing many blessings & I’d say Wingstop is delivering for sure they are, so go pay em a visit & like what Drake said, Thank Me Later 👨🏻‍💼 Amen 🙏🏼

  I came in and ordered a 5 piece tender combo took a bite and it was RAW. They remade it and it was STILL raw. The manager/shift lead was blonde, i believe her name was Melissa. After the second time getting raw chicken i asked for a refund. She told me to just order something else and didn't want to give a refund. Eventually she said the money will be back on my card in 3-5 days and was going to let me walk out without a refund receipt and i was just supposed to take their word for it??? Another co worker came in and was very helpful and offered free things. The manager was very rude. I have a sensitive immune system i couldn't even imagine what would happen if i didn't notice. The picture attached is from the first batch. I have NEVER went to a chicken restaurant and got raw chicken. That is completely unacceptable.

  Ordered delivery and never got the order. Contacted them and they said order was given to the wrong driver. Had to wait for an hour instead of the expected 20 min. Aside from that the order was incomplete. Tried addressing the situation with the manager Maya (which refused to give me her name) and she hung up phone on me twice after making a 2nd call to her. Bottomline, she told me to complain to whomever I wanted and hung up on me. No professionalism what so ever. And good thing I speak Spanish because she does not speak English. It is incredible that this restaurant chain would have employees treat customers this way.
