  My food sat waiting for a driver for over 30 mins. Once she picked it up, she sat in their parking lot for 25 mins. Then she drove around a bit, before delivering ice cold food. The temperature of the food, the long wait… I am guessing they put it in the refrigerator. Not great if you don’t have a microwave. Oh yeah, the order was wrong and a key item was left out of the delivery and another served incorrectly from how it was ordered. My Wingstop in KC is super solid. This place seem to be broken, and I would never order from this location again. I wish I had read the reviews, and while I usually don’t post frustrations, the whole deal was bad…bad food, bad service… #Avoid

  Made a group order for the office and arrived missing almost half of the things, called the store and they asked us to send a picture of the receipt with the items missing highlighted which where many! And was told ordered will be re-done entirely and sent to us. Second order arrived completely wrong again! How can you mess up twice? When you have the receipt with the entire order listed! Completely unacceptable!

  Please do not order from this trash place again! Whoever is delivering the food steal out the bag and eat the food! Whoever Wingstop/doordash is using need to be FIRED! This is unprofessional the guy who delivered my food his name is RAYMOND! They need to investigate this guy! Then he doing drop offs covering his whole face so you won’t see how he look! Then the green sticker on the back was loose big give away! This is sad man!

  This place is horrible !!! The service is horrible the food is sad. Wings never tossed it's like they spit sauce on the food.. food always cold there's always something missing in orders. They rarely pick up the phone and when they do they are so rude and always hanging up on up.. refunds are never given back always an excuse. They always blaming the DoorDash drivers about the food missing when it's them not doing their job right.. THIS PLACE IS TRASH AND THE PEOPLE THAT RUN THAT PLACE ARE TRASH. AVOID this place by any means..
